V-PERFECT TECHNOLOGY IMPLEMENTED AT HENSFORT
The period of coronavirus pandemic affects the entire economy and companies. Nevertheless, HENSFORT company decided to use it effectively by intensifying work related to the implementation of V-Perfect technology that improves the quality and aesthetic value of the produced windows. Preparing for the new season HENSFORT conducts advanced production tests based on the solutions of Fimtec Poland.
V-Perfect welding technology allows a perfect connection of profiles and obtaining the so-called thin welds. V-Perfect completely eliminates the formation of flashes in the process of profiles joining and improves the control of weld pressure. All this means that before the produced windows and doors there are new possibilities in shaping, and thus in creating even more aesthetic and designed products.
Apart from automatic four-head robots for profile joining in shaped technology (SL4-FF Evo), the new HENSFORT production hall has been additionally equipped with the FABCUT 3B machining and cutting center, screwing and drilling center, saws for steel cutting, reinforcement screwdriver, milling machines for posts, drilling aggregate for hinges, assembly tables and slash fittings, the latest generation saw for glazing beads, roller feeders, press for inspection quality and glazing, a single-head saw, a drainage milling machine, a set of shaped punches and system washers, as well as a window compressor. Soon the machine park will be enriched with an edge banding machine.
